Refund Policy
Your first payment
If you're not happy, email support@gameofinches.ie within 30 days of your club's first payment and we will refund it in full. Your club's access ends when the refund is made.
Renewals
We email club admins 30 days before each renewal, with the date and the price. To stop a renewal, cancel before the renewal date in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Renewal payments are not refundable, except where we change these terms or our sub-processors and you cancel because of it, as set out in the Terms and the Data Processing Agreement.
One-off purchases
Extra video storage and other one-off purchases are refunded in full if we can't provide what you paid for.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
